Physical education salaries will rise from 3 for 1 euro to 5 for 1.5 euro, with an annual increase of 5%.
The new rate will apply to all staff, not just teachers and other staff, who are not in the education industry.
The new salary will increase from the 3,200 euro to 4,500 for teaching assistants, teachers, pupils, students and those who teach at the school level.
The new amount will apply only to those who are in the industry and cannot be transferred from one employer to another.
The salary increase for school teachers will also increase from 4,000 to 5,000 euros, with the rate of increase unchanged.
The salary for those who receive an administrative pay increase is 5,500 euros.
In addition, the new salary rate will increase by one euro for each additional person who holds a teaching certificate or teaching diploma.
At the same time, the salary will not increase for the remaining staff who are non-professional and cannot receive an additional payment.
The Ministry of Education says the hike is part of an overall budget increase of 2,700 euro.
It is part, however, of an agreement with the European Union which is intended to improve working conditions for staff and ensure their well-being.
It will allow the pay of teachers and pupils, and will also provide some relief for people who receive financial support from the European Commission, it added.
The European Commission has been calling for a permanent increase in the amount of the national pay structure for teachers and staff.
